🎄 FBPT CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE … WEEK 5! 🎄

Week 5 and you lot are still showing up… even in the middle of Christmas chaos! 👏🎅

This is the hardest part of the challenge, the dark mornings, the parties, the late nights, the cold, the “I’ll start again in January” energy everywhere… and yet you’re STILL choosing movement, better meals, steps, workouts and consistency.

That’s the real win.
Not the leaderboard (even though it’s getting juicy 👀)…
But the habits you’re building when it’s most tempting to quit.

✨ This week, focus on the basics:
• Keep moving even short sessions count
• Choose better, not perfect
• Prioritise sleep + hydration
• Get back on track the same day

I’m SO proud of everyone grafting through December.
Small wins add up and you’re proving exactly what consistency looks like.

🎄 FBPT CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE ... WEEK FOUR! 🎄

Team… can you believe we’re already heading into WEEK FOUR!? 👀🔥

December is officially December-ing, busy work weeks, school events, social plans, cold mornings and yet you’re still showing up. That says everything about who you are and what you’re building.

This is the point in the challenge where the habits really start to stack:
the extra walk, choosing water, getting to bed earlier, hitting your workouts, swapping one thing for a better option…

It all counts, and it’s all adding up. 🙌

A massive well done to everyone who has stayed focused, stayed committed, and kept pushing even when the days have been full-on. And of course… our leaderboard legends 🏆 you’re absolutely flying and inspiring everyone else to keep going!

But remember, this challenge isn’t just about points.
It’s about feeling strong, proud, and more in control as we head into Christmas… instead of feeling like December took over.

So as we step into Week Four:

Week one was about finding your rhythm again…
Week two is where consistency starts to get real and you’ve shown up beautifully.

I’ve seen so many of you pushing through long days, fitting workouts around busy schedules, choosing better snacks, staying hydrated, getting those steps in, and keeping the promise you made to yourself at the start of this challenge.
Your effort is showing, your energy is building, and the habits are taking shape 👏
