Marshalswick Yoga Yoga teaching 1:1, small private groups or in my Monday night public class at Wheatfields Infants and Nursery School, 7.45 - 9pm.

I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and have recently qualified as a Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. I aim to deliver a class that includes physical postures (asana) as well as breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation. Hopefully you'll leave feeling calmer and relaxed.

I teach a Monday night class (details below) and 1:1 sessions in either your own home, office or agreed location.
