Tomorrow there are due to be roadworks between 9.30am and 4pm on the road from St Albans to Wheathampstead. It will be closed from just by the Heartwood Forest entrance up to the crossroads by Nomansland near the Wicked Lady the diversions etc please visit: https://www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/services/highways-roads-and-pavements/roadworks-and-road-closures/roadworks-and-road-closures.aspx and click on the link for current roadworks (this is a fantastic resource if you do a regular journey and get annoyed by roadworks etc “springing up” unannounced by the way! You can move the map around your regular route and see anything that is lying in wait for you!)



If you come from Harpenden or Welwyn, this closure shouldn’t affect you.
