STOP LOOKING FOR SHORTCUTS- THEY DONT EXIST!!
Stop for looking for the special supplements, quickness’s fixes, or false promises.
Right now, you have a journey ahead of you, providing you more Body confidence, more comfort, and more sense of fulfilment.
I totally get you are going to want to reach your desired goal, as quickly as possible
But don’t get drawn into finding shortcuts
Sure, they may get you out the blocks a little quicker, but they will never get you to your end goals, or keep you there.
Within my coaching I focus on 4 key areas.
1 - Nutrition management
2 - Regular, progressive exercise regime
3 - Long term Education
4- Progress sustainability
All of the above, while some can take shape a little faster than others, will take time.
So opposed, to looking for the quickest, fastest, way to see progress
Look at what will achieve the results you need, AND keep you there for life
Stop being distracted by the shiny objects (The look appealing, but won’t help you)
And start working towards the tasks, they will directly move the needle in favour of your results

DO YOU KNOW YOUR ‘WHY’? 💭
We hear it all the time on social media now and it’s definitely a word that is just thrown about these days with no real motive behind it. 😬
However I really do believe in the power it has when it comes to our goals. I think it’s important to have a purpose in life so when it comes to your goals of any form, it’s no different. 💪🏼
Having a why is a game changer when you’re chasing a goal, obviously I’m talking fat loss/health and fitness here.
So why does a client like this achieve his/her goal but you’re still struggling? 🤷♂️
👊🏼 Her WHY’ is what makes them get out of bed earlier to get their steps in on a dark morning.
👊🏼 His ‘WHY’ is what inspires him to put that extra 5kg on the barbell when he can’t be bothered.
👊🏼 Her ‘WHY’ is what challenges her to turn her phone off earlier before bed and take ‘me’ time when she has FOMO from Instagram.
👊🏼 His WHY’ is his purpose and reasoning behind the success of his goals.
Saying you want to lose weight ‘just because’ isn’t enough. Ask and be honest with yourself, why do you want to loose weight? What will loosing weight give you that you don’t already have?
How will loosing weight make you feel? What lessons will you learn from loosing weight?

Are you just existing or are you living your best life?
A conversation I was having last week with one of my clients got me thinking about this.
We can all get stuck in a rut, everyday can feel the same and before we know it we have abandoned most of our own dreams and aspirations.
The life of any busy person can be tough. There's so much to fit in and so little time to do it.
In my experience coaching the many men and women I have helped over the years losing sight of what's important to you as a person is very easy.
❌You stop eating healthy as you always look for that quick fix.
❌ You stop exercising as you don't prioritise yourself
❌Life throws things at you and then you stop working on the habits that made you feel good and positive in the first place
What I like to Coach in my programme is the change in mindset to understanding that you as a human being are important too.
You dont want to be existing and just trying to get through the day.
One or two things that I have experienced recently have reminded me that life can be short and if we don't take better care of ourselves mentally and physically it could be shorter still.
Don't just exist. Live your life too.
