London Hyrox ✅

I set myself a goal of racing in two hyrox this year and I’m so proud of myself for managing to stick to it and achieve that!

I found this race particularly hard running at paces I’m not used too and just feeling overwhelmed by the amount of people racing but made all better by having the best supporters on the day ❤️

And of course the best training partner

Ending the year with a PB but mainly feeling proud of sticking to my goals more this year than ever before which isn’t easy

Bring on 2026… time to book another one? I think so 😂

💫 13 Years in Business 💫

Every year when this anniversary comes around, I ask myself one question: “Do I still love what I do?”
And every year, the answer is a big YES

I feel incredibly grateful to have built a business that not only supports me, but one that I enjoy every day. My knowledge and skills have grown massively since I first started, but I’ve always known that anyone can become a personal trainer—lots of people exercise , enjoy it, and then get qualified

But the real secret to enjoying it as long as I have?
By truly wanting to help people, and genuinely being a people person

I’ve always loved socialising, meeting new people, learning from them, and connecting with people from all walks of life. That’s what has made these 13 years so rewarding

I’m very excited to announce a new trainer at HA Training

“ Hi, I’m Lucy! I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer for the past three years, but fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up dancing, and from the age of 14, I found a real love for the gym and the way movement can build both strength and confidence. I’m passionate about all aspects of health and wellbeing, from training to nutrition, and I specialise in combining strength training with Pilates-inspired movement to help clients feel strong, energised, and empowered in their bodies. Expect good energy, solid support, and workouts that leave you feeling stronger inside and out”

She’s the perfect trainer for you if you like a mix of strength & Pilates work which is a great way to strengthen your body

Hyrox Mixed Doubles ✅

Feel so happy and proud of myself and Parris

If only I could bottle up the feeling when I cross that finish line…💫

We got the time we wanted but more than that I felt strong, fit and had more to give and that makes me feel great

I don’t set myself challenges to be an “athlete” I do them because that sense of accomplishment after a race or event is like no other

I truly feel proud of myself

If you’ve wanted to compete in a Hyrox then I tell you now you must do it, don’t worry about your time (no one cares), enjoy it and do it to feel good

Happy International Women’s Day 💕

As a woman with two sisters and someone who’s dedicated her career to mainly helping women become the best version of themselves it’s a day I feel passionate about!

Over the years I’ve trained so many incredible women from many different walks of life and to say I’ve learnt so much from them all would be an understatement!

I love helping so many women to achieve their health and fitness goals and making them feel the best version of themselves

I also have to women in my team who help me do this - shout out to Antonia & Helen

I’m so lucky enough to have amazing women in my life as family & friends 💕

2024 was quite the year for travel…✈️

1. January - ski trip to Cervinia, Italy 🇮🇹
2. March - went on my first ever safari 🐘🐆🦁🦏🦬
3. Kampala Karula - best hotel I’ve ever stayed in & best experience of my life
4. Went up Table mountain 🏔️
5. Went to a wedding of two amazing people in Paarl
6. Explored the vineyards In Franschhoek
7. May - Went to another great wedding in Puglia, Italy
8. June - went on my first ever stag do in Prague 😂
9. August - off to Singapore to celebrate turning 30
10. Onto Uluwatu, Bali for beaches & relaxtion
11. Got Engaged! 💍 most exciting moment of my life
12. Visited Gili Trawangan & saw some insane sunsets 🌅
13. Went to the jungle in Ubud
14. Embraced all the Balinese culture 🥰
15. A trip back to Portugal 🇵🇹
16. Completed my first ever Hyrox in Madrid 🇪🇸
17. A trip to Köln for the Christmas markets 🇩🇪🍺

It’s time to get back to planning our trips for 2025 with the best travel partner by my side

Hyrox Madrid ✅

Such an amazing experience competing in a my first ever Hyrox with my doubles partner

The set up, atmosphere and vibe at this event is what I love about the fitness industry and although I’d say it was tough, I loved it and definitely can see how people love this sport

I found the first half the hardest then felt good throughout the second half of the race

Big thanks to for all his help & support with our training

I feel like is only the beginning… time to book the next one 👌🏼
