After 7 amazing years in business — and 4 years of proud ownership — I’ve made the decision to close the Redbourn franchise.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it feels like the right time to end this chapter. I’m so proud of what we’ve built over the years — the energy, the community, the laughter, and all the incredible women who walked through ours doors. It’s been an absolute privilege to be part of your fitness journeys.

To everyone who supported the studio — thank you. Truly. The friendships, the growth, and the memories will always mean so much to me.

Our last class will be Thursday 30th April 19:30 please join me for a celebratory glass of fizz 🫶🏼🥂

From May, I’ll be teaching a Double Blast & Barbells class every Tuesday at so you’ll still be seeing me bringing the energy each week down the road! I’d love for you to come along, sweat it out, and say hey.
