But in reality, it really won’t do that much. You need to be training your back, and losing body fat. It’s a process.

But it starts with performing your lat pull downs better

Losing fat isn’t the hard part…

You can’t polish a turd

Most people will hand you advice that fits the standard of their life, not yours.
