So unfortunately Resistance Bjj will have to be put on paused for a little while. As our situation has changed drastically of late and thus has put a strain on the club.

I want to thank all of you for coming down and supporting us the last few months, I have had great pleasure being able to teach you all and show you some of my jiu jitsu.

Both Ed and I are still keen to stay active in the bjj community in Hertfordshire as I feel this county has a lot to offer with regards to bjj in the uk.

Follow us on our pages to keep up to date on where and when. Rubber Bandido and Party Bear BJJ.

This is by no means the end, we just need to regroup and come up with a plan for the future so please watch this space.

Hey guys, we are back on tonight 6pm, looking forward to seeing you all there, looking at some stand up drills and guard passing drills which will be our drilling theme for the month. As well as a few techniques for when your opponent stands in your guard.

Hey everyone, Just reminder unfortunately we don't have the hall this evening so we aren't able to train, but why not pop a long to Mill Hill BJJ or Boxmoor BJJ for some excellent training from our friends.

Hey all unfortunately we don't have use of the hall over the bank holiday so we can't run a class this week we will be back up and running the following Monday. Classes are running as normal at Mill Hill BJJ so pop down to the HQ or why not head up to Boxmoor BJJ to train with our friends there, so many options for some good rolling and good times :D
