Have you ever wanted to try yoga, but weren’t sure where to start? This six-week course was built exactly for that feeling. Breath, technique, alignment, with hands-on assists throughout, so you walk away with genuine confidence, not just a class you sat through.

Saturdays, 10am, starting 5th September. Six weeks. £120.

If that time doesn’t work for you, let us know. We’re still working out the best Saturday slot, and we’d genuinely rather build it around what suits you than assume we’ve already got it right.
