WHAT CAN YOU ACHIEVE IN 4 WEEKS?

On the left was Ollie 4 weeks ago. Struggling to do day to day tasks through pain and restriction In his shoulders and only 4 weeks later the progress is phenomenal.

What did we do?
1) We took Ollie through a screening test.
2) Designed him a specific tailored plan.
3) Got to it, working with him along the way and explaining why we are doing what we are doing.

What does this mean for Ollie?
Suddenly day to day tasks aren't quite so taxing, he's able to do more. While this is related to the improvements in his shoulder mobility he also has considerably less back and hip pain.

The best part? We're only getting started πŸ’ͺ

10 YEARS CELEBRATION WITH FUN FOOD AND FRIENDS.

Writing this I'm still smiling. 10 years is a wonderful achievement and we couldn't have had a better day celebrating it with the RDS Family.

A couple of special shout outs firstly to for allowing us to use her facility which made everything so easy and convenient. and the team for making an incredible spread which everyone thoroughly enjoyed and preventing me from poisoning everyone with my cooking πŸ˜‚ thank you to .rdsfitness .rdsfitness for helping set up and clear away.
Last and not least a huge thank you to everyone who came and gave up their time on a Sunday to help us celebrate our 10th year in business.

I could not have been happier with how the day went and how we've developed and grown over the last 10 years.

Also a side note yesterday would have been my sister's 28th birthday πŸŽ‚ which made it even more special for me and my family. Thank you all and big love Rich.

SEAN'S INCREDIBLE TURNAROUND.

Today coach .rdsfitness went to the strongest in the south strongman comp with his athlete and friend

Sean approached us 8 weeks ago stuck and unable to deadlift over 220kg for the last 2 years due to pain in his lower back. With a comp in 8 weeks they got to work.

Today Sean pulled an almighty 270kg + 20kg in chains on an axle PAIN FREE!! This is not far from an all-time PR for Sean but it's incredible what you can achieve in such a short time period.

It's also worth mentioned Sean flew with the 380kg yoke and completed the 20m in only 13 seconds!!

We are so proud of him and can't wait to see what's to come in the future πŸ’ͺ

WE ARE 10 YEARS OLD. 🎊

This is an enormous milestone and we are so grateful for everyone who has been part of our journey, we couldn't have done it without you.

THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE RIGHT JOB.

To succeed it's essential to have the right tools and know how.

Most commercial gyms are ill equipped and cater to the GENERAL PUBLIC so equipment tends to be generic.

They tend to be associated to only one manufacturing company meaning they can only purchase equipment from those specific companies limiting the types of machines, bars and equipment.

This'll mean they are massively limited to what these companies produce and quality of each machine.

We are constantly reinvesting into not only your experience but also the equipment and have pieces/equipment from around the world 🌎

We are not limited to what we get or through which company so we can select the best for you.

START AS YOU MEAN TO GO ON.

Training children and teenagers should be:
1) Safe πŸ‘·
2) Fun πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ
3) and varied. πŸ”ƒ
In that order.

They don't need to be trained like bodybuilders or powerlifters. They need to learn to:

Throw 🏈
Catch πŸ‘
Jump 🦘
Sprint πŸƒ
Crawl πŸ•·οΈ
Climb πŸͺœ

Then when they're ready you can introduce them to weight lifting.

The best coaches should be the ones to train children and teenagers. It's a huge responsibility and one we don't take lightly.
