🌡️ TRAIN SMART IN THE HEAT.

The recent heatwave doesn’t mean you need to stop training, but it does mean you need to train smarter.

Managing the heat effectively can help maintain performance, improve recovery, and reduce the risk of heat related fatigue.

✅ Hydrate consistently throughout the day
✅ Adjust intensity when needed
✅ Prioritise cooling down and recovery
✅ Fuel your body with quality nutrition

We don’t just stop because the conditions change, we adapt to them and keep moving forward 👊🏽
