The day has finally arrived, the deep heat is in abundant supply and Sunday's diary has been left clear for recovery purposes.

Great afternoon of something not to dissimilar to volleyball.
All systems go on Sunday down at the beach courts in Verulamium from 2pm, bring your own food and drink. I do have a ball, but if anyone has a softer one that would be good. I have been promised better weather than today, but hey who cares about a little rain. Mick
