This topic hits closer to home than most people realise.
Eating disorders are not trends. They’re not diets. They’re not a phase. They’re serious illnesses that take lives, destroy relationships, and convince people they’re never “sick enough” to deserve help.
I’ve seen the damage these standards and the obsession with being “skinny” can do, which is why I’ll never stop talking about it. If my voice makes even one person question the harmful messages they’re consuming or feel less alone in their struggle, it’s worth it.
The skinny trend isn’t harmless. Real people are suffering behind it❤️🙏🏻

In a world obsessed with being smaller, choose strength
Since shifting my focus away from chasing “skinny” and toward building a strong body, everything changed. My energy is higher, my mind feels clearer, my joy for life is back. I crave adventure again. I appreciate my body for what it can DO, not just how it looks.
Training to be strong has pushed me beyond limits I never thought I was capable of. And the best part? I’ve still seen the results I wanted without sacrificing my summer, my social life, or the moments that make life worth living.
You do not have to choose between enjoying your life and feeling confident in your body. You can have both.
Strong > skinny. Every single time.
Go live your life to its fullest people🙏🏻💖
Food isn’t the enemy — it’s your fuel🔥
If you’re training hard, pushing intensity, and showing up consistently… you need to eat enough to support that. You can’t build strength, improve performance, or see real results while under-fuelling your body.
So many women get this backwards, thinking less food = better results. But the truth? The harder you train, the more your body demands.
Eat to perform. Eat to recover. Eat to grow.💕💪🏻
💪
Strong > skinny. Always.
As a women’s fitness coach who’s been through an eating disorder, I know what it’s like to chase “smaller” at any cost. I used to train to shrink myself… now I train to build myself.
My workouts aren’t about burning the most calories anymore. They are about getting stronger, moving better, and proving to myself what my body can do🙏🏻
Performance over aesthetics changed everything for me:
→ lifting heavier
→ running faster
→ recovering properly
→ actually enjoying training
And ironically? When I stopped obsessing over how I looked… I started feeling the most confident I ever have.
Your body is not something to punish. It’s something to fuel, challenge, and respect💪🏻💕
Facts about me as a women’s health & fitness coach 🤍
👉🏻I’ve always been determined… some would say stubborn. Once I set my mind on something, there is no plan B. I will do whatever it takes to achieve it. That same fire is what I bring into my coaching every single day.
👉🏻I’ve struggled with anxiety for years. Instead of letting it control me, I made a promise to constantly push myself outside my comfort zone. Growth has never felt comfortable, but I’ve never been willing to stay stuck.
👉🏻I battled an eating disorder at a young age, and it was one of the hardest chapters of my life. It forced me to build resilience, self-awareness, and maturity far beyond my years. It’s also a huge reason I coach the way I do, with empathy, education, and empowerment at the forefront.
👉🏻Being diagnosed with PMDD changed everything. It made me realize how little we’re taught about our own bodies. Instead of feeling defeated, I became curious. I wanted to understand hormones, cycles, and the female body on a deeper level — not just for me, but so I could help other women feel validated, educated, and in control of their health.
👉🏻Training has always been part of who I am. I’ve been competitive since I was young (especially with my brother 😅). That drive to push harder, lift heavier, and keep improving never left me, it just evolved into helping other women find their strength.
👉🏻I have the biggest love for animals (especially dogs) My dogs have gotten me through some of my darkest days. They’ve been my comfort, my grounding, and my reminder to keep going.
👉🏻And when I’m not coaching or training? I’m dreaming about my next trip. I’m obsessed with traveling. Explorin new countries, experiencing different cultures, and stepping into the unfamiliar. It fuels my growth and reminds me how big and beautiful this world.
Self-doubt will lie to you.
It will tell you you’re not strong enough, not disciplined enough, not ready yet. But as a women’s fitness coach, let me remind you—strength isn’t something you start with, it’s something you build🙏🏻
Even the strongest women have moments where they question themselves. The difference is, they don’t let that voice decide their future. They show up anyway.
You don’t need to feel confident to start. You just need to start. Confidence is built through action.
You are not behind. You are in progress. And the woman you’re becoming is worth every step💪🤍
Some weeks you feel unstoppable.
Other weeks you feel slower, weaker, and more tired. even though nothing “changed”🤷♀️
That’s not a lack of discipline.
That’s female physiology.
Women’s bodies work in cycles, not straight lines. Hormones shift across the month and directly impact:
• strength
• energy
• recovery
• motivation
• mood
On top of that, tiny lifestyle changes matter more than we realize:
Less sleep.
More stress.
Under-eating.
Skipping recovery.
Your body is constantly responding to everything you give it.
This is why progress is never linear, especially for us women.
It’s waves, not a straight climb.
The real skill isn’t pushing harder every time you feel off.
It’s learning when to push, when to adapt, and when to rest.
That’s how you get results that actually last.
Not by fighting your body, but by working with it🙌🏻
