10 OR LESS FEST — QUICK FAQ 👇
Thinking about coming over this weekend? Here’s the need-to-know.
❓ So… what actually is 10 or Less Fest?
Part music festival, part market and part local discovery fair. The whole idea is simple: there’s loads happening locally that we often don’t know exists. And everyone attending comes from within 10 miles or less than Bodrhyddan Hall.
Across the weekend you’ll find live music, local food and drink, independent makers, clubs, societies, charities, demos, workshops, family activities and plenty of things to actually have a go at.
🎸 What’s happening?
As well as Bodrhyddan's first ever 5k run, expect live music, hobbies and clubs, nature and wellbeing groups, fitness activities, animal organisations, family and youth groups, volunteering opportunities, local makers and traders, food and drink and lots more.
🌦 What if it rains?
We’re in North Wales so we’re not scared of a bit of weather.
The event will go ahead in normal Welsh conditions and much of the area is sheltered. Some demonstrations and activities will be outdoors, so please dress for the weather and wear sensible footwear.
If you’re joining something like Pilates, soundbath or another floor-based activity, bring a mat or something comfortable to sit or lie on.
👶 Is it good for kids?
100%. We have activities for mums and babies with MiniMozarts and children can join the event scavenger hunt led by the Girl Guides. Our woodland fairy / troll walk is also included in the ticket price.
🐕 Are dogs welcome?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are very welcome, but please keep them on leads.
🍕 Is there food and drink?
Absolutely. Come hungry. There’ll be a selection of food traders, refreshments and a bar available throughout the event. If you fancy a drink, head over to our bar. No alcohol purchased externally will be allowed on the site.
🏰 Is Bodrhyddan Hall open?
Yes. The Hall will be open for guided tours, with tours leaving at 1, 2 and 3pm. Make your way to the front gate to purchase tickets. Please note these are limited!
🚗 Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is available and we’ll prioritise accessible parking where possible, although spaces may be limited at busy times.
🚌 Can I come by public transport?
Yes, the 35/36 Circular stops at Bodrhyddan Hall and the cycle route runs straight past the gate.
♿ Is the event accessible?
Most of the event is accessible to wheelchair users, although Bodrhyddan is a historic estate and some areas do have uneven ground.
🎟 Do I need to book?
Advance booking is recommended.
Saturday and Sunday tickets are sold separately, so please make sure you select the correct day when booking.
🕙 What time is it on?

🪑 Anything worth bringing?
A camping chair or picnic blanket is a good shout if you want to settle in for the music. And if you’re planning on joining any of the wellbeing or fitness sessions, bring a mat or trainers for the 5k run.
💚 Most importantly…
Don’t just walk around and watch.
Talk to people. Ask questions. Try something. Join in.
That’s what 10 or Less Fest is really about.
