Clock Face Miners came away with a hard-fought win against a strong Liverpool Lions side in a game that could have gone either way! 💪🏉
The tackling, running and ball play were a true testament to our Miners, who were fierce in defence and quick in attack from start to finish.

Our last game today before summer break against a great Wigan St Patricks side and what a fantastic, fast paced performance from the U10s in a closely contested game that kept everyone on the edge of their seats until the final whistle

Our Middles were outstanding in defence, showing great determination and teamwork throughout the match. Time and again they stood strong, making important tackles and refusing to let the opposition break through easily.

In attack, the backs were lively and creative, making some excellent runs and building exciting opportunities with quick passing and smart play. Their movement and vision helped keep the pressure on the opposition all game.

The wingers were always alert and ready, staying in support and being on hand for the crucial pass whenever the chance appeared. Their positioning and teamwork helped turn good attacks into real scoring opportunities.

It was a brilliant all-round team effort, full of commitment, skill, and sportsmanship. Every player should be proud of their contribution in such a hard-fought and entertaining game.
