This week was a reminder…
that growth isn’t just about doing more.

It’s about taking time.

Time to move.
Time to reconnect.
Time for you.

In between the sessions, the teaching, the energy…
I made space for me.

Barre training, mindful movement, and moments to reset.

Because confidence isn’t just built in what you give out—
it’s built in how you look after yourself too.

Confidence check:

Are you constantly pushing…
or are you allowing space to restore?

Both are part of the process.

Focus for this week was Neutral 'V' Imprint.

Confidence is knowing what your body needs.

Neutral isn’t always the goal.
And imprint isn’t “wrong.”

Both have a purpose.

👉 Neutral for natural alignment
👉 Imprint for support when needed

Sometimes it just clicks 💡

That moment in a class when everything starts to come together…
Movement, breath, control — all working in unison.

This is what Pilates was always meant to feel like.

Not rushed.
Not forced.
Not complicated.

Just a return to the original principles of Controlology:
• Concentration
• Control
• Precision
• Breath
• Flow

When we strip it back to the foundations,
we give the body space to understand.

And from there…
real progression happens.

That’s when classes just work.
That’s when clients feel it.

Medal Monday 🏅

Yesterday I completed the Half Marathon for Amanda.

Amanda is one of the amazing women who comes to my Reformer classes. In December she donated her kidney to her sister — an incredible act of love and courage. Because she can’t run the race herself this year, I ran it for her.

Crossing the finish line felt even more special knowing it was for such an inspiring person.

This medal isn’t just mine — it’s for Amanda and for raising awareness for Kidney Research UK. 💜

One of our amazing ON Reformer clients, Amanda, did something truly incredible in December — she donated her kidney to her sister. An act of love and selflessness that quite literally changed a life. 💜

Amanda isnt able to run the Liverpool half marathon this year, as she’s recovering from surgery. So I’ll be running it for her instead.

I’m raising money for Kidney Research UK to support the vital work they do for people affected by kidney disease.
