đź’› A proud coach moment.
This is why I love teaching Pilates.
Week after week, this client has shown up with patience, determination and consistency. It hasn't always been a straight road either. Along the way, she had to manage a knee injury, take a step back, listen to advice and focus on what her body needed rather than pushing through.
Instead of seeing that as a setback, she trusted the process.
She started with a kneeling plank, progressed to a full plank, and today she's confidently holding a plank with both feet on the footbar on the Reformer. 🙌
Progress isn't about rushing to the hardest exercise. It's about building strength, control and confidence at the right pace. Sometimes the biggest gains come from knowing when to pull back, recover well and lay the foundations before moving forward again.
This is proof that consistency is key every time.
I'm incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. Thank you for trusting me, trusting the process and proving that patience really does pay off. ❤️
✨ Your body will always reward you for listening to it.
Thanks to & such a beautiful studio to work in with amazing clients. x

One thing I've realised recently is that I spend so much of my time helping others that I often forget to invest in myself.
So, over the last few weeks, that's exactly what I've been doing...
✨ Joining Power Pilates classes with my lovely friend because even teachers need to be students.
🎾 Trying a new sport and investing in some padel coaching (and loving the challenge!).
đź’„ Topping up my makeup skills with
🏋️‍♀️ Booking a personal Pilates sessions for the very first time... because it's nice to be coached instead of always being the coach.
🤍 And most importantly, giving myself permission to slow down, take time for me, and not work all the time.
We spend so much time investing in our careers, our families, and everyone around us. But we can't pour from an empty cup.
Here's to making time for ourselves, continuing to learn, stepping outside our comfort zones, and remembering that personal growth doesn't stop just because we teach others.
What have you done recently to invest in yourself? I'd love to hear. 🤍

A little quieter here lately... because sometimes you need to step back and focus on yourself.
My new profile photo says it all. Looking in the mirror, not to compare, but to connect. To refine my technique, stay present, and keep learning.
Even after years of teaching and practising Pilates, I'm still a student of the method. There's always something to improve, something to feel, and something to learn.
Time spent investing in yourself is never time wasted.
I'm feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to be back sharing more of my Pilates journey with you. 🤍
Thanks to my lovely friend Nassim Lewis and ON REFORMER PILATES for an amazing Power Pilates class.

This week was a reminder…
that growth isn’t just about doing more.
It’s about taking time.
Time to move.
Time to reconnect.
Time for you.
In between the sessions, the teaching, the energy…
I made space for me.
Barre training, mindful movement, and moments to reset.
Because confidence isn’t just built in what you give out—
it’s built in how you look after yourself too.
Confidence check:
Are you constantly pushing…
or are you allowing space to restore?
Both are part of the process.
This week, I chose both ✨
Thanks to for reconnecting my love for Barre their training has inspired time for me.
Focus for this week was Neutral 'V' Imprint.
Confidence is knowing what your body needs.
Neutral isn’t always the goal.
And imprint isn’t “wrong.”
Both have a purpose.
👉 Neutral for natural alignment
👉 Imprint for support when needed
Understanding the difference = control.
Another year around the sun… and doing what I love ✨
Grateful for spaces like this, for the energy in the room, and for the people who make it all feel special.
Learning, growing, and continuing to evolve—because we never stop refining the work.
Thank you for making today one to remember 🤍
This week is all about connection, consistency, and feeling supported every step of the way.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
You don’t have to push harder.
You just need the right guidance, the right space, and the right support.
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is your sign to start.
✨ Book a class
✨ Move with intention
✨ Feel the difference
I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you build strength from within.
Have you booked for tomorrow yet ?
Sometimes it just clicks đź’ˇ
That moment in a class when everything starts to come together…
Movement, breath, control — all working in unison.
This is what Pilates was always meant to feel like.
Not rushed.
Not forced.
Not complicated.
Just a return to the original principles of Controlology:
• Concentration
• Control
• Precision
• Breath
• Flow
When we strip it back to the foundations,
we give the body space to understand.
And from there…
real progression happens.
That’s when classes just work.
That’s when clients feel it.
That’s when the magic happens ✨

Medal Monday 🏅
Yesterday I completed the Half Marathon for Amanda.
Amanda is one of the amazing women who comes to my Reformer classes. In December she donated her kidney to her sister — an incredible act of love and courage. Because she can’t run the race herself this year, I ran it for her.
Crossing the finish line felt even more special knowing it was for such an inspiring person.
This medal isn’t just mine — it’s for Amanda and for raising awareness for Kidney Research UK. 💜
