Great self defence class tonight.
Working on power generation, kicks and fight finishing strikes!

Great self defence class last night. We looked at playground style head locks, rear naked chokes from standing, rear chokes being dragged back, rear chokes whilst on the ground and bear hugs.

More work on close quarter drills and defences from headlocks too!

Close quarter striking was the main focus this week at our Combatives Self Defence class. Welcome to our new student too, we're happy to hear she'll be back!!

Our self defence classes are suitable for anyone 14 plus. Each week the students are learning new skills that hopefully they'll never need to use.
