🌟 YES YOU CAN 🌟

Contractions come in waves, they draw in, slowly they build up, they hit their peak and then they flow away. They wash over your body and each time you re-emerge, each one bringing you closer to your baby.

In established labour, each wave lasts around a minute, hence the affirmation - I can do anything for a minute! You can totally handle a minute of intensity and that powerful wave.

After a wave comes your moment of peace and calm, a time to recover and revitalise, to inhale calm and exhale tension, loosen and relax, soften and open.

Surround yourself with positivity every day, remind yourself that you are a badass and you can absolutely do anything!

After taking a break from teaching I am now back! Yay!

I can’t wait to get back into the swing of things, starting with our first baby massage course tomorrow in my new venue 💜
