A huge shoutout to Sheryl, who has taken on the incredible SheUltra 54K marathon in aid of Willowbrook 💙💚

Sheryl said "Over the past 4 years, I’ve raised over £4,000 for a range of charities.
This year, I ran the SheUltra in Wales - an all-women’s event focused on raising money for cancer. Living in St Helens, it felt right to support our local community, and Willowbrook is such an important part of that. So many lives have been touched by cancer, and I know how vital your work is.

The race itself was one of the toughest challenges I’ve ever faced. We were hit with relentless rain, hail, and extreme winds from start to finish - it really pushed me to my limits. But with my amazing family supporting me along the way, meeting me at checkpoints and keeping me going, I made it through 💪

Knowing I’ve raised £530 so far - and counting - makes every step, every struggle worth it. This is just the beginning - I’ll continue to raise as much as I can for Willowbrook and keep supporting the incredible work you do in our community"

Well I survived a 54k ultra marathon in wales, god knows how that wind was relentless!! We had rain, hail, gale force winds throughout.. I honestly couldn’t stand up sometimes.. it’s a miracle I didn’t go over the edge of a cliff 😬 the odd bit of sunshine was a blessing however the wind knocked you back!

I can’t thank every enough for you kind donations ❤️ I just wanted to raise money for willowbrook seeing how it’s a local charity that helps so many…
