Very simple and tasty slow cooker chicken recipe!!! Especially great for people out at work all day, because you can just bang all the ingredients in the slow cooker stick on the low setting and just leave for about 8 hours and it's ready for you to eat when you get home. try it out and enjoy 😁

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 jar fajita/enchilada cooking sauce
3/4 can of black beans (use the whole can of you want)
Any seasoning you want to use
Rice
Cheese
Wholemeal tortillas
You will get about 8 good servings out of it
Per serving - 327 calories
7.5g fat
39.5 g carbohydrates
22g Protein

Very true. Comparing yourself and your own success to that of others won't benefit you and can possibly get you down. It can make you start thinking 'how could I ever look like that?' But what you don't know is how long and how hard it was for others to achieve what they have. For you to achieve what you want you have to put in your own hard work and dedication and stay consistent, and the only person you should compare yourself to is who you were yesterday. It can be a long hard journey, sometimes frustrating but you're more than capable, you have what it takes just believe. 💪🏼

Try out my new turkey burger recipe! Definitely my new favourite meal at the moment, it's very delicious and good for you!

Mix
450g minced turkey meat
1 onion medium/small finely chopped
1/2 garlic cloves crushed/finely chopped
100g feta cheese
2 tbs basil
2 tbs parsley
1 tbs oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste

Fry 6 mins each side medium/low heat

On the burger I had spinach, tomato, cranberry cheese (from aldi) and mayo
I also has some paprika sweet potato fries with it
1 sweet potato cut into fries boil until soft (about 10 minutes) then drain sprinkle with paprika and salt & pepper then fry for about 6 minutes

Makes 4 burgers.
1 burger contains: 226 calories, 27g protein, 11g fat, 4g carbohydrates

Circuit training is one of my favourite methods of working out, if not my number 1!
It's high intensity, you can mix a variety of exercises together it's amazing for fat loss or keeping lean and you can be done in just 30 minutes.
Let's go into a bit more depth. Circuit training is a fast pace/ high intensity workout in which you perform a number of exercises one after the other for 30 seconds to 1 minute or for a number of reps. You can perform a mixture of exercises in one circuit such as: aerobic exercise as simple as sprinting on the spot or plyometric exercises (jump training) like box jumps to resistance training (weight training) like kettle bell swings or kettle bell shoulder press.

So what does it do for you? It increases your strength and muscular endurance and your Vo2 max/aerobic fitness (the maximum amount of oxygen intake that an individual can utilise during intense training. In other words, a measure of aerobic fitness in which a person can sustain long periods of moderate to high intensity exercise using large muscle groups). It also burns a lot of calories.
Even tho the intensity is high, the workout can be adapted to those who are beginners by using lighter weights or making movements more simple but at the same time you still get a great workout.

So whether you're a beginner looking for a quick but very effective workout or someone more experienced in the gym looking to change things up I highly recommend circuit training.
