after a shaky start to his coaching career, credit has to go to Paul Wellens for keeping a level head during adversity over a difficult few weeks.
We’ve seen it with Kristian Woolf when he took over from Justin Holbrook that he struggled, and lockdown came and it was a blessing in disguise for him to put his stamp on his team. Wellens didn’t have that luxury and the start of the season we saw some difficult results. Coupled with multiple injuries and disruptions, we’ve now come together as a group for the drive for 5.
Last night was a great result meaning 4 from 4 after the heartbreak of the semi final defeat. Well done to the team and Mr Wellens
