12 weeks of instructions, including progress pic and measurement day prompts
Workouts logically planned throughout the program
3-day, 4 day, 5 day versions available
Muscle growth, fat burning, or strength programs
Different programs for male and female (female - more butt than calves, less chest supported exercises, etc)
Exercises logically chosen, including reps, weights, sets, rest, and tempo.
Including warm ups, mobility drills, and cool down stretches
Fat burners include cleverly designed supersets/circuits that are practical in quiet or busy gym environments
Exercises contain easy to access demonstration videos so that every exercise can be visually copied if unknown

CALORIE DEFECIT!
any diet that consists of a calorie defecit WILL WORK... whether you go high protein diet.. intermittent fasting.. fasted cardio.. low carb.. steak n rice diet..
They all work providing the cals is correct. The secret is knowing you.. your personality.. your habits.. and choosing s diet style to suit that. Do you love sweets? Then clearly low carb is not for you.. do you have a massive appetite when you wake up? Then clearly intermittent fasting is not for you..
Set yourself up for success dont force something that's unnatural to you.
I like intermittent fasting when dieting as I dont have much appetite in the am and I'm too busy to stop and think about food in the early hours of a day so that style suits me. I've tried keto but I love sugar. Theres no medals for forcing it and suffering and increasing your chances of falling off the rails regularly.
