ZERO joining fee

We believe a gym should be somewhere you enjoy coming to, not another financial burden. we don't believe people should be constantly charged for things, additional hidden charges, forced gradings or tied down to long contracts just to stay active and be part of a community.

Busy weekend for the guys this weekend.

PunchOut Boxing Acadmey on a big team sparring outing

NOVO.BJJ HQ taking a small but mighty team over to Alpha Grappling Championships. With solid performances all round with Steven Hill bringing back a new title.

We are always in awe at the continued commitment and hard work from everybody at the gym.

Ready for a big new week tomorrow. Kicking off with:

Juniors kickboxing 5-6pm
Open kickboxing 6-7.30pm
Novo BJJ 7.30-9pm

We’re excited to announce that the RAW Summer Academy will be running this summer holidays at RAW Performance Gym on:

📅 27th, 28th & 29th July
⏰ 9am–3pm
💷 £30 per day
👦 Ages 6–12

Each day will be built around learning the fundamentals of martial arts, developing skills, staying active and having fun.

The days will include:

🥊 Martial arts fundamentals
🏃 Fitness activities
🤝 Team games
🎯 Skill development
🏆 Challenges and awards
😌 Some downtime throughout the day

All sessions will be taken by fully DBS checked and First Aid qualified instructors, giving parents peace of mind while the children enjoy a fun, active and structured day at RAW.

Spaces are limited and we are expecting them to fill quickly, so we strongly recommend registering early to avoid disappointment.
