Do you find running alone a challenge at this time of year? Join our ladies running group where we always run, walk or jog in groups so that people can move at their own pace but with the added safety and fun that We Run Salford brings.
We meet at the Lifecentre Salford 7pm every Thursday.

We're excited to be taking part in the Run Media City 5k/ 10k to raise money for the Lifecentre Salford. If you would like to take part, speak to Karen or Lucy at our weekly running sessions, Thursdays 7pm to sign up by 5th March.
