Ist XI tasted defeat for the first time this season in a top of the table clash away to Winton. The home side won the toss and elected to bat first. LH bowled Winton all out for 163, Lee Jones picking up 4/53 from his 14 over spell. In reply LH could only muster 68 all out with Lister Wilson hitting 30.
2nd XI got back to winning ways in a scorching hot game at the Old Vicarage. LH won the toss and batted first with some notable innings especially from Shashank Suresh hitting his first half century for LH on his way to an unbeaten 77. Tahir Patel hit 36 and A***n Kanji hit 33 on his return to the side. LH finished their 40 overs on 185/5.
Whalley Range could only reach 110 before being bowled out securing LH the bonus point. Burhan Ali deadly with the ball picking up 3 wickets for just 6 runs, Shane Lang also picking up 3 wickets from his spell.
The Woman's team hosted Bradshaw on Sunday morning.
LH won the toss and elected to field first, restricting Bradshaw to 106, Skipper Chelsea Shannan taking a wicket with Nicola Hoey also picking up one. In reply LH managed a well fought 78 from the 16 overs, Nicola hitting the highest score with 10.
The under 11s team headed to Worsley on Thursday night and picked up an impressive win, the home side won the toss and chose to field, LH posted a net score of 182, Bertie Wallwork smashing 36 runs with Ryan Robinson hitting 16 also. With the bat Worsley ended up with 75 after LH were excellent with ball and in the field, Mark Baines was the pick of the bowlers taking 2 wickets for 7

🏏 WOMEN’S 1st XI – SUNDAY MATCH RESULT 🏏

A tough result for our Women’s 1st XI on Sunday, falling short against Dukinfield CC despite a determined performance in difficult conditions 🌧️💪

After choosing to field first, the team battled through the weather and kept spirits high throughout, with Dukinfield finishing on 100/2 from 16 overs. Our women responded with a strong effort of 90/5, narrowly missing out by 25 runs 👏

Cricket isn’t always about the result — sometimes it’s about turning up, digging in, and giving everything for the team, and the girls did exactly that 💙

A huge well done to everyone who played and supported despite the conditions! Better days ahead 👊

A brilliant performance from our 1st Team on Saturday as Little Hulton CC secured a fantastic 8-wicket victory over Shaw CC at The Old Vicarage 💪🔥

After bowling Shaw CC out for just 60, the lads made light work of the chase, finishing on 61/2 in 14.4 overs 👏

A fantastic team performance saw Little Hulton 1st XI secure a brilliant 30-run victory away at Westleigh CC on Saturday! 💙🔥

Batting first after winning the toss, Little Hulton posted 104 before producing a disciplined bowling and fielding display to bowl Westleigh out for 74. 👏

Well done lads — another strong result on the board! 🙌
