Ep 3 on the road to the 🏆

16/06/2026

The UK Parkour Championships are coming up, and Megan has decided to take her preparation seriously.

After reaching out to Coach Tom, we kicked off the first of a series of private sessions designed to help her perform at her best when it matters most.

This first session focused on the Skill format: understanding the structure of the competition, developing an approach for each round, and tightening up a few weaknesses along the way.

We’re not about to give away the whole game plan 👀

But we’ll be following Megan’s journey and sharing the results as we head towards August.

Interested in taking your training to the next level too?

The Project Z Athlete Programme is officially in the works and coming later this year. Watch this space.

🔥 Ignite Takeover Results 🔥

For “just a fun little addition” to our birthday jam yesterday, the takeover challenges sure did provide the entertainment in the second half of the event.

Watching our younger students pair up and rampage around the academy filming each other and ticking off challenges was such an incredible sight ❤️

Expect a full write up about this on our website later this week because the battle between 1st and 2nd place that raged throughout the day was one of the most intense displays of dedication and effort that we’ve ever seen in a youth competition!

Thanks so much to everyone who came to celebrate our birthday yesterday, whether you took part in the takeover or not, it was amazing to see so many people in the space training and socialising. Project Z wouldn’t be anything without all of you (and the 4000 cakes you all brought 🤤)

⏳ 2 WEEKS TO GO ⏳

🔥 Ignite – The Birthday Jam 🔥

We officially opened the doors to Project Z Academy on Monday 2nd June last year… and we thought that’s definitely something worth celebrating 🥳

Unfortunately, Tom selfishly decided to book a holiday during the actual anniversary 🙄
So as punishment, we’re making him spend nearly 12 HOURS in the Academy on Saturday 13th June for our birthday jam… which also happens to be his actual birthday 🎂

Don’t let Tom celebrate our birthday alone.
That would be very sad.

Expect:
⚡ Big jam energy
🎶 Music
🤝 Community vibes
🍰 Birthday chaos
🔥 Loads of training

Event Details:
🗓️ Saturday 13th June
⏰ 13:30 – 20:00
