More graphics added to the hallway today.

New signage put up over the doors today. Genki Sudo - one of the pioneers and one of my favourite MMA fighters, who would hold up this banner at his fights ‘We are all one’. Really states one of the ethos’s of our great club.

A few scratches gained but chicken wire now fitted to stop crap blowing in the gym when we have the shutter open! 😀

Taped up the new floor framing in boxing area in between sets this evening!

Absolute masterclass from tonight in his debut at hybrid boxing. Massive well done winning in 2nd round by TKO after 5 knockdowns. Props to his opponent who kept getting back up, didn’t give in and wanted to carry on until the ref stopped him as he’d lost his two front teeth. Hope he’s ok as he was very respectful before and after the match and a true warrior. Really proud of Sam who’s trained with me since being a young lad, minus his time dutifully serving for our country, he’s like my 3rd son and made me really happy tonight after training hard for this! made weight easy 65.9kg, looking forwards to seeing him in action later. He’s on about 4pm.

Forgot to mention - we were open tonight Good Friday and still open as normal over Easter weekend and bank holiday Monday. Shark tank and classes on tomorrow, shark tank and open training Sunday. All classes on as normal Monday!
