Sorry for the delay in this post and the lack of updates ๐ซฃ
Itโs been a rough 8 weeks ๐คฃ
However the last 3 days have shown whatโs really been going on โก๏ธโก๏ธโก๏ธ
And I say this to clients all the time
Sometimes you donโt see the progress for ages then it all shows up at once
I have bigger goals than just the 8 weeks which involve weight loss, my routine and hitting some PBโs in the gym ๐ช๐ป
Which will definitely be helped by a new training environment and new equipment to try out

Monday - Friday trip to Rhyl
Found the local Pure Gym and upgraded my membership so I could get 3 sessions in ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Kept on track with my food by getting an Asda shop delivered, although there was quite a few supermarkets around that I could top up with throughout the week
Ellie and Lily had a great time ๐ถ๐ถ๐๏ธ

Week 2 is done โ
Bit of hunger towards the end of the week but managed to just about handle it ๐
Leg DOMS most of the week as I added steps ups to my leg day and my legs were not ready ๐คฃ
Pleased with the results so far and just need to keep taking it day by day and tick the boxes
No changes on my plan for week 3 ๐๐ป
Few challenges ahead around work but all I can do is my best
Steps and gym session done for today so thatโs 1 out of 7 done โ๏ธ

Week 1 done โ
Thankfully hasnโt cut my calories yet ๐ฌ
Feeling good and got a good routine going over this first week
I was pretty hungry at the beginning of the week but itโs dying down a bit now
Still hungry but a bit more manageable
Fitting steps and the gym in around work will be tough next week so this week is about maximising what I can
Ellie ๐ถ is happy to help with the steps and sheโs also offered to eat any snacks Iโm not allowed - sheโs so helpful ๐
1.4lbs down after eating an Easter egg the day before starting ๐ Iโll take that! ๐๐ป

Day 3 of an 8 week shred for me ๐
My coach wanted different photos than I would take so here they areโฆ
To help me stay focussed and on track Iโve done an 8 week calendar on my kitchen cupboard so I can have my info in front of my face every day!
I will record similar info that I give my coach but just helps me to see where I need to focus my energy on over the next few days at any given point
Are my calories on track, where are my average steps at for the week etc etc
Iโve done a base meal plan of 1400 cals - I wonโt always have these meals and I will probably add in another snack or two somewhere in the day!
Plus I am starting on 1520 cals for week 1 but a great visual for me so I can then swap things in and out and not have to think too much
The easier you make a diet the better - take as much thinking away as possible
I spent most of Saturday cooking 12 meals to freeze ๐ Although some have obviously been eaten since then (along with an Easter Egg before day 1!) but as I always sayโฆ..
Set yourself up for success! โ
So I am raring to go and see where I can get in these 8 weeks as Iโve just maintained my weight since January so time for a tidy up before the summer hits! โ๏ธ๐
