Building muscle is what creates that defined 'toned' look most women want. It also boosts your metabolism, meaning that you burn more calories when resting and supports long-term fat loss 🔥
Just remember, women are not small men 👏
Our hormones (lower testosterone) mean we don’t build large amounts of muscle easily, it takes serious time, effort and intention to do that.
So girls get in the gym, and get lifting because I promise you, you won't look like Popeye 🏋♀️
If fat loss, strength or confidence is your goal, LIFT FIRST 🏋♀️
💪 This is because cardio before weights will fatigue your muscles and then leave you frustrated when lifting.
Cardio still has a place, at the end of you session, or alone on another day 🏃♀️

I’ve opened a small number of spaces for Online PT & Nutrition Coaching, starting next week to stay consistent and stay ahead of the Christmas calories! 💪
✨ It’s basically my 1:1 coaching package — but without the in-person sessions.
Personalised training plans, nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, structure, accountability… all delivered flexibly around your busy schedule 🏋♀️
❌ It’s not live classes
❌ It’s not Zoom workouts
❌ I won’t be watching you squat from your phone cam
⚠️ Best suited for people who’ve had a PT before, already feel confident in the gym and know their way around exercise technique. If you want guidance, progression, support and results, but don’t necessarily need face-to-face coaching, this is for you
