My passion for health & fitness was sparked by my dance background and over the last 10 years I have been lucky enough to help others with their own journeys. I understand each individual is different and we all have our own unique aspirations, which is why I work so closely, on a personal level, with my team in order to achieve their goals.

I am here to help you enjoy the process through education, self-care and accountability, if you are ready to commit to yourself. My programmes offer all of the above with 247 support and I am confident you will receive the results you deserve.
