Slafoed have brought home the win against in the third game of the season, an extremely wet BUCS at home today. We put in the effort and working hard on heads up defence and made it an exciting and close game.

UMIR 2025 Recap

Salford took 5 players to Men's Indoor Regionals this year, starting 14th seed and with pool games against Manchester , Durham and Northumbria . Ending day 1 with one win under our belt gave us the 5-12 crossover against Liverpool 1s first thing Sunday morning. It was a very close competitive game to start the Sunday but an 8-7 loss meant we were holding 12th seed. Taking a win against Newcastle 2 guaranteed top 12 and after a couple more hard fought and tough games against LJMU and Liverpool 2 that's where we ended.

Bringing home 12th is Salford's best ever result at UMIR and hopefully next year we can improve again.

With more BUCS games over the coming weeks and a cup game in February we are all looking forward to a brief rest and recovery before applying what we all learnt over the weekend.

Salford have had a good first day at UMIR 25. Super games all round with a win against Durham 3 and a couple losses.

Currently sitting 12th seed, gives us the crossover against as the first game to start off our Sunday.

Salford are off to NUMIR in Newcastle this weekend. Here is the squad for the event. Looking forward to pool games against Manchester, Northumbria and Durham

Second game of the season, a very hard fought close game against LJMU .Low numbers meant having to play 6v7, but heads-up defence and hard graft made it an exciting and close game.

Final score 10-8, looking forward to the reverse fixture this week, hopefully 7v7.
