Dance has always been a huge part of my life. From my early days of ISTD through to and , I've always loved the energy, creativity and joy that dancing brings.
My passion for inspired me to take things further, qualifying as a Instructor so I could help others experience the benefits of dance through fitness classes. I then went on to qualify as a , and more recently added Fitness to my qualifications, allowing me to support people in even more ways on their fitness and journeys.
When I'm not teaching or training, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying live music, or working from home with my faithful companion, Poppy the cat. She sits through all my conversations and, naturally, understands every word I say!
I'm grateful that I've been able to turn something I've loved all my life into a career that helps others move, feel stronger and have fun along the way. πβ¨
