Toni and Jessie were fantastic.

Toni has recently had a couple of injuries. One after another due to bad luck and bad timing. With help we managed to throw in a rehab block along side training and take it easy. We went with the aim to have fun and she achieved it with ease. With so much left in the tank to take across to her next comp. Genuinely cannot fault Toni. So many positive things to take away from this one.

Jessie also went with the aim to go and have some fun and find the love for powerlifting again. We have regained so much confidence from this comp. Went in with no big plan and came out with more than we expected. All in all, really good day.

It was awesome to help and keep an eye on fellow teammates too. Always happy to help and assist where I can.

Iron Maiden’s ll 🩷

What a day for my girls.

This was Jessie’s 4th comp and first one in sleeves and in a new weight class. With a busy lifestyle, lots of changes running into this comp she put up a solid total. Every comp she has done we have taken something away to then work on for the next one. She has so much potential and if anything we have only just started. Roll on the next comp!

My little one, Aysha. She did me proud. Going from doing a novice, to then stepping up and doing a huge comp like this.

Aysha has worked hard running into this comp. For a young 15 year old, there’s alot of pressure and nerves to settle. She was very professional throughout the comp.

Both of my girls had fun, enjoyed their days and did their very best.

For me, the fact they trust me and allow me to coach them makes me happy. All I want is the best for them and more.

I also must say that the put some brilliant comps.

2 of my clients smashed it.

built up a solid total. Secured her with some PBS, best overall lifter, and qualified for Euros and nationals.

had the day she wanted. Huge squat which set her up for a perfect day. PBS, big numbers across the board, and she got her total to secure a place at the Europeans.

I also had the pleasure of handling for . Watching this girl open on some huge numbers, take a big swing and still walk away with a huge total. Back to back preps, plenty of PBS. She’s done well.

I kept my eye on and throughout the day. They also had a good day.
