Congratulations to my client Hayden who is off to the Emilio Sanchez academy in Barcelona to further develop his tennis skills, he’s been with me for 2 years and is already becoming a great young man at the age of 16, hopefully he will be at Wimbledon soon.

This amazing lady came to me for help with knee pain and wanting to lose weight, we have worked slowly and consistently since august and even though she has a busy social life Alison has managed to lose a stone.
I look forward to hitting more targets next year.
