Ironman Italy 70.3. Helping the athletes with their last minute checks at bike check in

Ironman Kalmar! On the 16th August, Charlie and I completed Ironman Kalmar. Swim 3.8km, Bike 180km, Run 42.2km. Such a great event and both super pleased with our performances. Thoroughly recommend if you are thinking of taking part in an Ironman, it is so well supported!

This weekend is the European Tri Champs. Bike building for the Team GB athletes here in Istanbul

Don't let worn sprockets slow you down! Old sprockets can cause your chain to skip and wear out faster. Upgrade to a new cassette for smoother shifting and better performance. Your bike (and your legs) will thank you!

The bicycle workshop is up and running! Our new workshop in Hindon is operating on an appointment only basis, but still offering all the same services and maintenance tasks to keep your bike on the road.
