WHAT A DAY! GOALS, GOALS, GOALS! ⚽️🔥

After a quick start, we were dealt a double blow with two injuries hitting us hard. But the lads dug deep and kept battling to find that bit of form!

Fawley struck first, finding space and firing home from distance. But with 5 minutes left of the first half, Dave stepped up with an absolute beauty, looping a 30-yard effort over the keeper to level things up! 🚀

Into the second half, we looked to find a way through Fawley’s stubborn defence. Before we knew it, we were 3–1 down and in trouble…

But this lot don’t know when they’re beaten! 🟢⚫️

The subs came on, Harry Steps brought the fight we needed, and with 10 minutes to go, Hollywood whipped in a trademark Hollywood ball… which somehow missed absolutely everyone and flew straight into the net! 🤣

GAME LEVELLED! 3–3!

What an effort from the boys to fight back from 3–1 down and rescue a point. Heart, fight and determination right until the final whistle! 👏

⏰ A BIT LATE… BUT HERE WE GO!

Unfortunately, it wasn’t our day yesterday as we fell to a 2-0 defeat against a strong BTC side from the league above.

After last week’s draw, the lads were looking to put in a performance — and that’s exactly what they did.

Knowing it was always going to be a tough one, every single lad worked their socks off and battled right until the final whistle. We just couldn’t find that all-important goal at the moment.

Plenty of positives to take — we go again. 🟢⚫️

Interesting one yesterday as we travelled away to Fawley.

The lads started on the front foot and got an early goal, but Fawley soon hit back with one from the edge of the box. From there, it turned into a real midfield battle, with both sides trying to unlock each other.

Second half was end-to-end with chances flying at both ends. Anton had the chance in the final five minutes to send us all home happy… but somehow managed to miss a sitter 😂

Sadly, we lost out on penalties, which were certainly… interesting 🤣🤣 Let’s just say we won’t be doing that again anytime soon!
