A big thank you to all our member that lent a hand today for the set up for Warpath. The gym will be open 07:30-1:00 Saturday and 09:00-11:00 Sunday.

Adam, Vikki and Liam will be at the event this weekend so there are NO day passes.

Please let us know if you require access outside of the gym hours this weekend.

Please note the following upcoming dates, opening hours, and planned closure at 349 Barbell.

🏆 Competition Closure
Dates: 30th August
The gym will be closed while we host our competition.

🏦 Bank Holiday Opening Hours
Date: Monday 31st August
Opening hours: 10:00–14:00

🔧 Gym Improvements
Dates: 4th - 6th September
The gym will be closed while we carry out improvements.
We are exploring the possibility of evening opening times
Saturday and Sunday sessions
Further details will be confirmed once arrangements are finalised.

Good luck to all our members competing at the World Cup Series UK this weekend.

We kick off today with the mens split day. 2 competitions in one day.
First competition starts at 09:00 second competition starts at 2:30.

Day 2 ladies day starts at 09:00 .hulin3

We just want to remind non members that if you wish to use the gym you need to pre book and pay for a day pass as the gym is un manned certain time of the day.
