I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend and enjoying the sunshine ☀️

Due to the forecast for the upcoming week this is just a reminder that I do require a 24 hour cancellation. Should you decide you’re unable to come due to the weather our last heat wave I suffered a large financial loss due to people cancelling last minute .

Your sessions will be planned According to the weather there will be plenty of water available and things can be chopped and changed around if certain exercises are not suitable safety is always my biggest priority
