🚧 Roadworks 🚧

It would seem there are various road closures in and around Salisbury tonight including the Britford Road towards the hall.

Most don’t start until after our fun begins so getting to class should not be a problem.

Diversions are in place. Please take extra care when leaving the hall and let me know if you have any questions.

Let go of yourself at class, you’ll be surprised how much it helps!

🏃‍♂️ TBT 🏃‍♀️

Looking back to the wonderful opportunity I was given to help with the warm up for Longleat’s Glow in the Park.

I became a Zumba Instructor 13 years ago this month. I’ve had some wonderful memories during my time as a Zumba instructor and I’m grateful for everyone who’s ever crossed my Zumba path 💃

Huge Zumba 💜 to you all.

❕Accidental Solos❕

Whatever your reason for not coming to class, worrying about the wrong moves shouldn’t be one of them.

That’s why, at my Zumba Fitness class, there is no such thing as a wrong move, we have accidental solos.

And with a new playlist landing THIS WEEK, I know I’ll be rocking a few accidental solos myself.

Whilst the class is choreographed, it’s not a dance lesson… it’s a group fitness class, relax and just MOVE your body, that is ENOUGH

See you on the “dance” floor 💜
