Pole Fitness Salisbury

Some of the eagle eyed followers may have spotted a local dance studio offering Beginners Pole and Hoop classes..... It's true!!
Kate .head who you all know and love from silks is teaching Hoop, and Jess who has been a pole student between Salisbury and her Uni since before I took over did her teaching qualification a little while ago and will be teaching Pole 😍💃😍🙌
So to all those people still messaging me to enquire about classes, and those who have had a break and feel ready to go back with no pressure as its beginners, please go and support and the team.
Please note I am not involved in any way, just doing my bit to support a local business and friends I've made along my journey, but you may recognise the beautiful frames and stage poles 😅 have fun!

To anyone that wrote messages to put in the book that I haven't thanked yet I can tell you from the bottom of my heart thank you 💖 I am in absolute tears I couldn't even read it last night, it's all so beautiful 🥹 Kerri, Rosie, Sarah & Sarah, Asia, Hattie, Nikki, Laura, Raph, Sammy.
You really don't know how much your words have meant to me, I'm so grateful to have been able to help, support, cheer you all on and make memories, it just makes my heart want to burst 💖

I don't think it's hit home yet just feels like I've packed up the car and come home but I'm sure it will soon 🙃

To the peeps wondering if I will be sat at home on my sofa instead of teaching, rest assured no I won't, but even if I was I will enjoy the time with my partner and bestest cat 🐯 I am however going to enjoy being a student / member of some other fitness classes for a bit and have a bit of teaching time out 💖

Students past and present (if you haven't already let me know) we are going for a meal to celebrate all the fun we have had over the last few years, looks like Monday 31st March or Thursday 3rd April in Salisbury area. Some of the intermediate hoop crew (we welcomed a silks member to take the space of an injured party) from along with Grace the lovely hoop instructor and Tash a hoop student from in Warminster had a great morning having a Tippy Hoop workshop with Melissa at we all had a giggle and it was really fun and different to what we are used to. Thank you for having us we really enjoyed it! 🫶

Wednesday is mixed beginners and highers pole only at 6.30 - 7.30
Thursday is intermediate pole as normal 6.30 but then mixed beginners and highers hoop at 7.30
