It’s been a pleasure Salisbury crew!

Mighty matts had an on the spot warm up followed up with hand drills & then a mini assault course which tested the agility, pad combinations with me too which covered students hand techniques! My fun punch the pad drill to end on, Isobel was awarded the Team Fear wristband for her excellent determination 🙌

Juniors was small this evening but the effort put into class was outstanding, after the warm up we concentrated on curriculum and then applied that into pads for reinforcement, we ended on 20 x laps! Zachary was awarded the wristband for his awesome application onto the pads!

Henry in leadership not only had a practice with his Bo I also broke down hand drill 11 & 12 so he had a fuller comprehension of them both!

Ladies/adults WOW! You had a Master Fear special, 🥵 a big well done to you all 👌

A big thank you to both Henry and Holly for great assistance the last two weeks!

What a joy to meet all the Salisbury students this evening, a big well done to all 🙌

Mighty matts had a circular warm up followed by line up curriculum with woggle monster fun & pads with the team whist kb drills and hand drills were drilled, fast fun pads to end on 👍 Salisbury’s newest student Bjorn was awarded the wristband for his outstanding power!

Juniors had a footwork fun warm up testing their reactions, line up curriculum came next and then fast hand combos into pads with me, self defence to a strangle hold to end on along with the belt round the waist as reward for all their hard efforts, Sophie was awarded the wristband for being so loud and sharp!

Leadership showed me their Bo Staff skills and I also suggested/showed some new moves too!

Ladies/adults were a joy to teach, we covered lots of different elements, all at a fast pace ensuring we were burning the calories fast! Form work was given to Chris whilst the rest of class covered everything on their belts!

A big thank you to Henry and Holly for your assistance this evening, I appreciate it & you both shined bright 🤩

Really lovely set of classes in Salisbury.

Mighty matts started their classes with the jungle warm up which is great fun. We then did our curriculum and pad work. Big well done to Mikey for getting student of the week for being the loudest shouter!

Juniors were amazing and had lots going on. Quick recap on our hand techniques and hand drills then onto kicks down the hall. Really well done to Aleigha for getting student of the week for being extremely helpful.

Adults was a small class but we welcomed back Christina.

Thank you my assistants for their help last night.

Due to the extremely hot weather we are experiencing I’ve placed a 20% discount on all official MF t-shirts (inc leadership t-shirts) this is so students can wear them to class and still be in uniform, these are the only official tops to be worn, did you know the Team Fear instructors cannot award a Team Fear wristband to any student not in uniform? Our cool tech t-shirts are designed to keep students cool whilst training.

Tuesday classes were fantastic. We had a few students away due to illness but there was so much enthusiasm it was great.

With all classes we really concentrated on our curriculum from white belt to the highest belt in the class.

Our next grading date is the 15th July.
