I am so excited to be sharing these pop-up Qi Gong classes in Salisbury over the summer.
Qi Gong has many parallels to yoga, addressing the same issues, using a different, very accessible approach. Qi Gong also compliments and deepens an existing yoga practice.

This special solstice workshop weaves together gentle somatic movement and yoga nidra.

🌞Enjoy slow, mindful movement that re-educate the nervous system.

Learn simple practices to encourage more efficient, easeful movement, relieving muscular discomfort.

 Explore the subtle sensations within muscles and joints, helping to release tension patterns you may not even realise you’re holding.

The evening concludes with a deeply immersive Yoga Nidra practice to reset the nervous system.

Suitable for all levels, no previous experience is needed.
