Focus on what you CAN do. 💪
Can’t make it to the gym for an hour? Do 30-40 minutes.
Can’t train 5 days a week? Train 2-3.
Can’t hit 10,000 steps? Get as many as you realistically can.
The people who get the best results aren’t the ones who do everything perfectly… they’re the ones who stay consistent, even when life gets busy.
Small actions, repeated over time, will always beat doing nothing because you think it’s “not enough.”
Remember:
👉 Something is always better than nothing.
👉 Progress beats perfection.
👉 Consistency beats intensity.

Recovery doesn’t start when you’re sore… it starts with what you do every day. 💪
Training is only half the battle. If you want to perform well, recover faster and keep progressing, you need to give your body what it needs.
