Grading isn’t about perfection.
It’s about composure under pressure.

Every belt represents hours nobody sees.

By the end of four hours, students are exhausted.
But that final moment makes every second worth it.

These guys absolutely smashed their class this evening, even after a tricky day of SATs they still managed 100 press ups and 100 squat jumps!!! Real black belt mindset 🤩

Advanced Grading May 2026

What an awesome day we have had!!!
Today the Instructor Team had the pleasure of awarding many new belts including 6 new black belts 🥋

Every single one of these students absolutely smashed it today, we are so proud of all of them 🤩

Just a reminder it is awards in class this week so parents will be invited into class about 10 minutes towards the end to watch the ceremonies 👊
