Itās been a hot one but my clients have powered through.
Many PBās, great weight loss from my nutrition clients, mile stone hitās for my rehab clients and my Bootcamp clients loving the out doors.
Each of them come for their own reasons, each of them push each time and i couldnāt be prouder.
We also have had mini challenges between us just for fun. š¤©
Iām looking forward to what they all have to bring this month.
The biggest client shout out
3 years ago Jo just want to see how much she could lift, now she has take up powerlifting as a sport.
1 baby and down 26kg bodyweight, she squats her all time personal best with form.
I can only say wow š® she absolutely nailed it Iām so proud of her and canāt wait to see how far she goes.

š¤Lifting isnāt just about physical strengthāitās about showing up, no matter what emotions youāre carrying.š¤
Some days we train with joy. Some days we train with anger. Some days we train because we simply need a break from everything else going on in life.
Our emotions affect our training, which is why mindset is so important. Itās worth remembering that everyone in the gym is there for their own reasons, fighting battles we may never see.
Today, I trained with mixed emotionsāsadness and gratitude. Itās the anniversary of my grandadās passing, and while itās a difficult day, Iām incredibly grateful for and Lou, and who supported me through my session and offered words of encouragement when I needed them most.
My grandad was never a quitter. He was a problem solver. No matter how big or small the challenge, he always had words of wisdom to help me through it. That resilience is something I carry with me every day, especially on days like today.
So the next time youāre in the gym and you see someone who looks happy, sad, angry, or just a little off, check in on them. A simple conversation, a few encouraging words, or even a smile might be exactly what they need to get through that session.
Be kind. Be supportive. You never know what someone is carrying.

Oh what a weekend I had so much fun traveling competing and just being with good people.
So so proud of Pippa Iāve been working with her for A little over 2 months now she has finally nailed her Circle up unassisted.
It was great to take on a young athlete in a sport that I donāt personally compete in. Itās been fantastic to watch her confidence grow and for her to finally nail a move in competition, and nail a move she has struggled with for so long.
We have new goals and will continue to build her up and make her stronger!
