This lovely chap has come out racing with the aim of retraining for eventing. He's one of the lucky few to not have sustained significant injuries from his duration of race training but he does have musculoskeletal imbalances.
The top picture was taken when he started using the treadmill at the end of October. He was on twice weekly initially, dropping down to once a week after 5 weeks. He had regular physio and chiro to address his asymmetry and compensations, in order to help him develop and work more correctly.
The bottom picture shows him 8 weeks on in his journey and we are so pleased with his progress so far 🥰🐴

💧🐴Water Treadmill Livery🐴💧

We have some availability in December/early January for livery to utilise the use of the water treadmill.

Are you struggling to fit in exercise or rehab work with the shorter days? Are you limited on you facilities to put the work in? Are you going away? Then, this might be a good option for you and your horse.

We are based at Landford Commen Stud on the edge of the beautiful New Forest, home to 5* event rider, Kirsty Chabert.
All staff are experienced in handling and caring for a wide range of horses.
Our treadmill is run by a veterinary physiotherapist.

Our facilities on site include:
