Private Group Sound Bath Experiences

Looking for a unique way to bring people together? My private group sound bath experiences offer a calming and memorable way to connect, unwind, and share a moment of stillness with those around you.

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, gathering with family or friends or hosting a wellness retreat, each session is thoughtfully tailored to create a relaxing and restorative experience for your group.

Using the soothing tones of my Tibetan singing bowls and a selection of complementary instruments, I will guide your group through a deeply relaxing sound journey designed to help everyone slow down, release tension and enjoy the present moment together.

No experience is needed, simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow the sounds to do the rest.

Sessions can be held in your home (where suitable) at your chosen venue or as part of a retreat or wellness event. Each experience is adapted to suit the size of your group, the occasion and the atmosphere you would like to create.

Curious to know what happens in my 1:1 Sound Bath Session?

Before the session
I will spend a few minutes talking with you about:
Why you have come (stress, relaxation, sleep, anxiety, meditation, etc.)
Any health conditions, injuries or pregnancy
What the session will involve and whether you will be comfortable with bowls placed on or around your body
You will remain fully clothed, so wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.

During the session
You will be lying on a comfortable mat with blankets and pillows if needed.
I will
Place bowls around your body.
Strike or gently rub the bowls to create sustained tones and vibrations.
Move around you so the sounds come from different directions.
Include other instruments such as chimes and ocean drum.
A typical session lasts 55 minutes.

What you might experience
People report a wide range of sensations, including:
Deep relaxation
Feeling warm or heavy
Vivid thoughts, memories or imagery
Emotional release
Feeling sleepy or drifting into a meditative state
Some people simply enjoy the sounds without noticing anything unusual and that's completely normal too.

Tips for your first session
Eat a light meal beforehand rather than arriving very hungry or overly full.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Turn your phone off.

Go in with curiosity rather than expecting a particular outcome - experiences vary from person to person.
If any sound or vibration feels uncomfortable, let me know so I can adjust the volume, distance or technique.

A 1:1 session often feels more tailored than a group sound bath because I can adjust the bowls, positioning, pacing and intensity based on your comfort and response throughout the session.

Practice play with my singing bowls in my garden to create a calming, cooling flow to finish our Fitness Pilates classes next Monday and Tuesday.

Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and refreshed. Everyone's experience is unique. Some people drift into a meditative state or even fall asleep, while others notice sensations, emotions, colours, or simply enjoy a peaceful hour of rest.

Our next Sound Bath will be at Harnham Memorial Hall to help raise funds for the much needed refurbishment of the hall.
I use the hall on Tuesday mornings for two Fitness Pilates classes and I am also a trustee of the hall, I am keen to help this wonderful community space ❤️
