Allan Adlam is the fitness enthusiast (some may say fanatic!) behind Fitness-U1:2. With over 20 years experience working in the fitness industry, he has a BA Hons Degree in Sports and Recreation Management, is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and a qualified group exercise instructor in Studio Cycling,Kettlebell training, TRX Suspension Training Systems and an advanced Boxercise instructor. As well as health and fitness being a big focus of his career, Allan has also spent the same portion of his time running a Sports Coaching business. As a FA Level 2 Football Coach, he learned his trade whilst touring and coaching children all over America. He still works as a coach running sessions after school and clubs at weekends locally, as well as working for many schools in the area delivering their curriculum PE. As a Personal Trainer his goal is to provide you with a different, new and exciting workout every session. Using a combination of traditional and 'state of the art' training methods. Specializing in using techniques that can be used for workouts both in and outdoors. The gym now operates as a dual-use facility! Adding the awesomely exciting training of CrossFit, to its already amazing array of fitness classes on offer!

Here I am, warming-up for our WOD3 ‘In-House Competition’ starting tomorrow. Where we are finishing it off, with a ‘Sports Day’ themed workout!
9-12pm with drinks and nibbles afterwards if you fancy popping your head in!
