🎃👻 HALLOWEEN FUN WEEK IS NEXT WEEK!!! 👻🎃

Calling all J Star Gymnastics members currently attending our Gymnastics, Trampolining & Ninja classes! 🧡🖤

Next week is our Halloween Fun Week, and we want everyone to join in! 🎃

📅 Monday 12th – Saturday 17th October

We’re inviting all our gymnasts to come along to their usual session dressed up in their spookiest (but still gym-friendly!) Halloween costume and get ready for a class packed with Halloween-themed fun, games and activities! 🕷️🧙‍♀️🎃

🧟 A few important things:

👻 Nothing too scary please — we want to keep it fun for everyone!
🎨 No face paint please.
🤸 Please make sure costumes are safe and suitable for gymnastics, trampolining or Ninja activities.

💜 PS – We absolutely don’t want to put any pressure on families to go out and buy a costume just for one class. Joining in the fancy dress is completely optional, and we’ll make sure everyone has a spooktacular time, whether they’re dressed up or not! 🕷️🧡

We can’t wait to see all your amazing Halloween costumes! 🎃🕸️👻

LET THE HALLOWEEN FUN BEGIN! 🧡🖤

🏅RISE AWARDS WEEKS🏅

During the weeks mentioned below we will be completing our Rise awards testing.

Gymnasts will be assessed in the following classes:

⭐️Little stars

⭐️Rising stars

⭐️Mixed Stars

⭐️Shooting stars

Assessments will take approximately 15-20 minutes then we will complete 2 other circuits as normal.

*Preschoolers 2-3 years don’t do awards.

*Ninja stars will be assessed later in the term

*Trampolinists assessments are ongoing with personal achievement charts completed every week.

For any gymnasts unable to attend, we will finish there assessments when they are back.

RISE gymnastics replaced the old proficiency award scheme a few years ago. It’s a fun packed programme that provides a progressive journey through recreational gymnastics. Some posters are on display in the upstairs corridor and drop off zone explaining the system and shows how gymnasts will progress through levels.
