20 years ago I was preparing to leave my nice “safe” full time job as a fitness instructor at Edgbarrow and Sandhurst Sports Centres to embark on a new and exciting journey!

MANY didn’t believe I would make it work…..
but here I am a whole 20 YEARS LATER about to celebrate my business lasting longer than I dared think about back then!

Please join me in celebrating on Saturday 10th October 3-6pm at Owlsmoor Community Centre

There will be:
Free open class tasters
Wellness stands from local therapists and businesses
Games and competitions
A raffle
And of course nibbles and drinks!

(We might even try some of those viral Pilates & Prosecco games!)
